Mursil
Mursil is a secure, template-first communication control plane for SaaS and enterprise applications. Products send a template key and a structured model. Mursil validates the model, selects the published version, applies branding, renders the message, and records delivery.
This site is the product documentation: what Mursil is, how it is built, how to run it, how to send mail, and how operators use the admin portal. It is written for platform owners, integrators, and operators. It is not a screenshot tour of one local session.

What Mursil owns
Mursil owns templates, tenant branding, versioned publishing, preview and test-send, provider routing, delivery history, retries, dead-letter handling, audit, and outbox-dispatched integration events. A standalone Blazor admin portal is the operator surface. External products authenticate with OIDC. Mursil does not store users.
What this documentation does not claim
Staging and production hosts are out of scope of the current repository. Local delivery is Mailpit over SMTP. SendGrid is optional. The Kayan product is one possible consumer and is not part of this repository. Companion projects for Zapier-style delivery and AI governance stay outside the core.
The canonical engineering book lives in the Mursil source repository under docs/book/. This site is the reader-facing documentation derived from that book, the status notes, and the implemented API.
